This notice explains how Acharya Holdings (sole proprietorship) ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use rudraksh.world.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, the items you buy and how you paid. Card and UPI details are entered with Razorpay, our payment provider; we do not see or store them.
• When you write to us or join our list: the details you give us.
• When you browse: basic technical data such as pages visited, kept in server logs for security.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, to answer your questions, to keep records required by law (such as tax records), and, only if you ask, to send occasional festival notes.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to complete your order: Razorpay (payment), our shipping partner Shiprocket and its couriers (delivery), and our email provider (order emails). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected].
