About our beads, the fruit kit, sacred water, ordering and delivery. Can't find your answer? Ask us.
What is a mukhi?
A mukhi is a natural line that runs from the top of a Rudraksha bead to the bottom. The number of lines gives the bead its name: a bead with five lines is a 5 Mukhi Rudraksha. Read our guide.
Will my bead look exactly like the photo?
No. Every Rudraksha is natural, so size, colour and shape differ from bead to bead. Photos show a typical bead.
Do you claim a Rudraksha will cure illness or bring luck?
No. We describe the traditional associations of each mukhi and nothing more. We make no claims about health, wealth or any other outcome.
What is in the Rudraksha fruit kit?
A fresh Rudraksha fruit, brushes for removing the pulp, pure ghee for curing, and a step-by-step guide to soaking, cleaning, counting the mukhi and curing your bead.
Which mukhi will I get in the fruit kit?
Nobody can know until the fruit is opened. That is the point of the kit: you reveal the bead and discover its mukhi yourself.
Can I drink the sacred water?
No. Our water is collected for puja, abhishek and devotional use. It is not processed or packaged as drinking water.
Where does the sacred water come from?
From the kund you choose: Ramkund in Nashik, or Kushavart Kund, Amrit Kund or Chakra Teerth in Trimbakeshwar. Each bottle carries the name of its source.
